Week 12-16

I know it's been a while since I created a page of pictures. A few reasons:

Since we haven't been living here I haven't had my camera with me as often when I've been at the house

The majority of the work in the past weeks has been exciting things like electricity and plumbing. Not much to see.
Absolutely nothing has changed on the outside of the house, so no new exterior pictures.
We've been held up a bit with waiting for inspections, so as not to waste time construction has began on the main floor. Here's our hallway bathroom...good thing we moved out, huh?
Here's a better view of the bottom floor hallway bathroom-to-be. The big thing in front of you is a tub/shower that was installed along the right hand side wall, and is now being un-installed. I never wanted a tub/shower in this bathroom. I wanted a shower stall and stupidly didn't review the builder's documents carefully enough to catch the mistake. If anyone is doing remodeling and has need for a tub/shower, contact me. ;-)
I managed to get a photo of the master bathroom before the walls were destroyed. Check out the floor-to-ceiling aqua-green tiles. Gorgeous. Yuck. Good riddance.
But in short order it was gone. Boo hoo. Not. And here is what was our master bedroom on its way to becoming our family room. Where the floor changes towards the front of the picture is what used to be the master bathroom. The door to the room has been removed as it will be an open space rather than a room.
All packed up and ready to move upstairs as soon as all the #@$#% inspections get done and the builders can start to close up the upstairs area.
