The outside framing is about 95% done!
The man standing there is not Eric, it's Mike, our builder. He looks proud and he should be, it's coming out very well. We've had some "situations" as Mike calls them because our house was put together with spit and scotch tape and that fact is coming out all over the place. Floors and walls have to be redone that we didn't expect. But it will all be taken care of and it will be beautiful. The shingles will be going up next week, and work has begun inside...
This is the entry way of our house (the front door is to the left). The closet in front of you will be the staircase up within a few short weeks and the floor will be covered with a beautiful terracotta-type tile.
